The rules for using the site and an iResolved account.
1. Agreement
By using iresolvedllc.com or signing in to an iResolved account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your password and authentication methods secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Connected applications
When you authorize an application, it can access the information and permissions shown on the consent screen. You can review and revoke that access from your account. Applications are operated by their own providers, not by iResolved LLC.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security controls, send unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to distribute malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access when these rules are violated.
5. Content and marks
The site, the iResolved name and mark, and the account interface belong to iResolved LLC. You may link to the site and quote a short passage with attribution. Third-party names and services remain the property of their owners.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every feature will remain available or that the service will be error-free.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and iResolved LLC is not liable for loss arising from its use.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
