01 / The company

one company, six practices.

Most technology work breaks at the seams. Design hands off to engineering, engineering hands off to operations, and the context drains out along the way. iResolved is organized so the people who scope the work stay close to the people who ship it and the people who run it.

We work on the systems an organization depends on: customer products, internal tools, data platforms, and the infrastructure underneath them. Engagements are small enough for direct accountability and long enough to leave something that holds.

02 / Operating principles

How we hold the work.

01 / 04

Resolve the question first.

We do not build until the problem is stated in a way that can be tested. A wrong answer delivered quickly is still a wrong answer.

02 / 04

Build for the second year.

The handover, the runbook, and the person who inherits the system are part of the design, not an afterthought.

03 / 04

Leave evidence.

Decisions, assumptions, and known limits are written down where the next engineer can find them.

04 / 04

Stay accountable.

The team that designs the system is reachable when it runs. Ownership does not end at deployment.

03 / Structure

One team, six ways in.

The practices are not separate agencies. They share a standard for how work is scoped, reviewed, documented, and handed over. A product engagement can draw in cloud, data, or security without a second contract and a second set of assumptions.

iResolved LLC is a United States limited liability company. The company works with organizations that need a partner able to stay from the first diagnostic through operation.
